LEAP (Low-Income Energy Assistance Program)

Assists in paying seasonal energy bills, November-April 30th. For information on eligibility, the application process, and proof of need, contact the local Social Services listed.

SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program)/ Food Stamps

Provides financial assistance with supplemental groceries. Contact the local Social Services listed for information on eligibility, the application process, and proof of need.

Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+)

Provides health insurance for children birth through 18 for small co-payments and enrollment fees or free of charge depending on income. Contact the local DSS provider for information on income qualifications and enrollment.
